Sales Assistant

Description Responsibilities: Assistance in order entry and coordination with warehouse and transportation as needed Daily oversight of order details including portal management Updating of product and weekly/annual sales summary Provide phone support for sales Assist in logistical and transportation support for orders and transfers between warehouses Assist in purchase order creation and detail, transportation, charges Coordinates BOL and passing information with accounting Assist in all aspects of the order cycle from entry, shipment and arrival Runs Famous reports, summarizes and creates Excel spreadsheet for visual aids Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications: Must be able to work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Famous experience preferred; intermediate Excel skills required Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment Some college desired or comparable work experience Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the business. Ability to present oneself with professional appearance and behavior in accordance to Employee Handbook Policies. Preferred Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Administration 2-3 years sales experience Bilingual – English/Spanish
