Responsibilities
- Submit design projects, collaborate with customers and internal Creative team to ensure customers get exactly what they need.
- Request product samples based on customer requirements.
- Cook up customer visits to corporate headquarters.
- Work with Product Development team to ensure samples are made correctly and sent to us in a timely manner.
- Constantly follow up with everyone involved, Customer, Creative, PD, including CFO for approval of appropriate shipping method.
- Collect production information for New Item Set Up, including image information for Item Creation in Oracle which requires extensive Data Entry.
- Run multiple Weekly Reports.
Requirements
- LOCAL candidate only
- In Office M-F, in Los Angeles company headquarters
- Relevant inside sales operations support
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience working with Oracle ERP helpful, not necessary
- Strong organization skills
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
