Responsibilities

  • Submit design projects, collaborate with customers and internal Creative team to ensure customers get exactly what they need.
  • Request product samples based on customer requirements.
  • Cook up customer visits to corporate headquarters.
  • Work with Product Development team to ensure samples are made correctly and sent to us in a timely manner.
  • Constantly follow up with everyone involved, Customer, Creative, PD, including CFO for approval of appropriate shipping method.
  • Collect production information for New Item Set Up, including image information for Item Creation in Oracle which requires extensive Data Entry.
  • Run multiple Weekly Reports.

Requirements

  • LOCAL candidate only
  • In Office M-F, in Los Angeles company headquarters
  • Relevant inside sales operations support
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience working with Oracle ERP helpful, not necessary
  • Strong organization skills
