About The Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Ad Sales team. This role is ideal for someone entering the media, marketing, and brand partnership fields. You'll work closely with the sales team, support client relationships, and learn about the business of modern media.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key support system for the sales team, helping with proposals, presentations, campaign recaps, and sales materials
  • Track and manage campaign activity, generate contracts and order confirmations, and compile reports
  • Communicate directly with clients and partners, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
  • Liaise with Ad Operations, Finance, and other departments to keep campaigns running smoothly
  • Stay organized and on top of multiple moving pieces in a deadline-driven environment
  • Learn about the evolving world of podcast and video advertising

Requirements

  • A recent college grad or someone with 1–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales, or agency life
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Able to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, ask questions, and meet deadlines
  • Confident communicator — written, verbal, email, phone
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who also works well independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Bonus points for experience with Google Slides, Keynote, or Salesforce
  • Curious about how media, storytelling, and advertising intersect
