Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establishing a relationship and touring model and inventory homes as needed with prospective buyers.
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of the competitive marketplace, including product, site, local community, sales, advertising and demographics.
• Accompany visitors through the models, and inventory homes answering questions (allowed under GREC compliance if unlicensed) and providing information about the community and discussing features and benefits of the home.
• Document all communications with customers in company CRM system & communicate with New Home Consultants & Sales Leader on prospective customers the Sales Assistant has engaged.
• Participate in all sales meetings & sales trainings provided.
• Consistently reviewing neighborhood status and sales strategies.
• Maintain the condition of the model home and inventory homes.
• Observe the homeowner meetings and orientation(s) required by the Division.
• Periodically gather data and prepare reports for management review.
• Responsible for using CRM software.
• Must be available on weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional business or customer service role.
• Extreme attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking skills are a necessity to be successful in this role.
• Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., MS Office Suite such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• An associate’s degree in Business or related field.
