Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries about vehicles and services.
• Aid the sales team in managing leads, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Help maintain the vehicle inventory, including updates to the online listings and ensuring the showroom is well-organized.
• Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
• Cook up and accompany customers on test drives, providing information about vehicle features and benefits.
• Support post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.

Skills & Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills; familiarity with dealership management software is a plus.
