About the role
Work directly with the Sales Manager to develop the skills needed to transition into an Account Manager role. This is a fast-paced showroom role where you help customers, support sales, and keep things running smoothly — without nights or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Learn the Account Manager role through hands-on training and coaching
- Build relationships with contractors, designers, builders, and other trade professionals
- Assist with member follow-up and ongoing account communication
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Help develop new business through outbound calls, prospect follow-up, and member outreach
- Support existing accounts while gradually taking on greater account responsibility
- Learn ProSource products, services, pricing, and membership benefits
- Track customer and prospect activity and maintain accurate account information
- Work directly with the Sales Manager to develop the skills needed to transition into an Account Manager role

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service or showroom experience is a plus
- Comfort with basic math, payments, and pricing
- Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech
- Interest in design or building materials is a plus — not required
