Sales Area Manager

Under the direction of senior management, manages in-store operations dealing with merchandising, selling, stocking, promoting, and reordering of goods in a selling area(s) to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns, and inventory goals. Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages financial and operational duties within a selling area.
• Evaluates and enhances customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Supervises, trains, develops, hires, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of retail experience in retail store operations within the last five years is required.
• OR successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.

Work Challenges

• Extended duty hours / varying work schedules
• Shift work 24/7, 365 days/year

Pay

Minimum salary: $45,142.00
