D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise dedicated to helping athletes of all ages achieve their goals. This role is ideal for someone who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
- Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
- Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
- Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
- Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
- Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
