Sales And Service Specialist (Multi-Site)

About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Chester County market in PA. Requires flexibility to travel to various financial centers in the market as needed. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours in assigned market (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Offer customers a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs, including account opening and maintenance to processing transactions.
• Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
• Travel to various financial centers as assigned; schedule and location may vary from day to day.
• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services.
• Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
• Read, understand, and act on all Company-assigned and/or job-related Compliance Programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and escalating risks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
