Sales and Service Specialist

About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center in Pine Grove, PA, Schuylkill County. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Offer customers a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs, including account opening and maintenance to processing transactions.
• Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services.
• Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities, and maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures while demonstrating sound judgment.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.
