Sales and Service Specialist

About the role

This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our financial center in Fairless Hills, PA (Bucks County). Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
• Offer customers a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs, including account opening, maintenance, and transaction processing.
• Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
• Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance customer service and achieve financial goals.
• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales and referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system to foster relationship-building conversations with customers.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, including opening new accounts, performing customer maintenance requests, and assisting with operational activities.
• Maintain flexibility between performing sales and teller transactions based on Financial Center traffic and customer needs.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures.
• Leverage practical knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
• Read, understand, and act on all Company-assigned and job-related Compliance Programs, regulations, and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and escalating risks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required).
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling experience (Preferred).

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $18.56 - $29.38.
