About the role
As a Product Manager at Sephora, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, engineering, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes is a plus.
