Sales and Service Associate - Weekend Only

About the role

This role interacts directly with our customers on a daily basis. You must be excited to work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positive, unforgettable experience for our guests. With our unique, high-standard developmental programs, you will master the art of guest experience and can grow professionally into an exciting career. You will be trained as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, so should be prepared to get in the pool and interact with the kids, but your primary responsibilities will be at the Front Desk.

Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Consistently provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.
• Goldfish Brand Ambassador and Product Knowledge: Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and be able to persuade and influence action from customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.
• Responsibility for Business Results: Contribute to the success of the school by driving specific business metrics.
• Friendship and Collaboration: Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by exceptional guest service.
• Initiative and Judgement: Participate in and/or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout a crowded facility during peak hours.
• Must have the capability to positively engage customers at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted).
• No retail experience is required but is preferred.
