Sales and Risk Consultant

Responsibilities
- Gather current coverage information from prospects and evaluate and analyze data to prepare comprehensive risk evaluations.
- Evaluate and interpret carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations while ensuring regulatory requirements are met and internal policies and procedures are followed.
- Work with Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Client Advisors (CAs) as appropriate to grow and expand referral sources.
- Generate referrals from your COIs.
- Meet new business development goals and forecast.
- Incorporate and regularly practice techniques introduced through Sales Training to continuously enhance skills and related performance.
- Negotiate with primarily multiple HNW insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options outlined in proposals, while conforming to laws, regulations and requirements governing the insurance industry.
- Use Salesforce to complete funnel and other internal information tracking reports as required.
- Use the EPIC Agency Management System in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all account information.
- Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and there is compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
- Review and interpret carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations.
Requirements
- 4 years of directly related business development/client service experience.
- Successful Sales and Risk Consultant experience with high-net-worth clients essential.
- P&C licensed and HNW personal lines insurance experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and EPIC Agency Management System.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $67,500 to $125,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
