Responsibilities
- Show homes, highlighting features and benefits.
- Execute creative marketing plans to drive business.
- Conduct preliminary sales calls with potential buyers.
- Send "Thank You" notes and maintain open communication.
- Create and run sales contracts, including calculations and credit checks.
- List and sell homes, maintaining a database of available properties.
- Collaborate with the resort manager, regional sales manager, and/or regional manager on sales & marketing plans.
- Build strong resident relations through ongoing communications and customer service.
- Accomplish administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Order and oversee the timely completion of new home set-ups with contractors.
Requirements
- Robust customer service and sales skills with a track record of success.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong PR and marketing background to promote the community.
- Strong math skills for calculating figures like discounts, interest, and commissions.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for the small details.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
