Key Responsibilities
- Sales & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate data in PipedriveProgress deals and track next steps
- Enrich prospect records and document interactions
- Sales Coordination
- Prepare pre-call insights
- Draft follow-ups within 1 working day
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across time zones
- Regional Operations
- Bridge communication between APAC and UK teams
- Ensure smooth customer handovers
- Track and resolve escalations
- Inbox & Workflow Management
- Triage the APAC inbox daily
- Convert emails into CRM actions
- ID opportunities and risks
- Reporting & Insights
- Produce weekly regional summaries
- Highlight customer issues, sales activity, and feedback
- Event & Lead Management
- Process event leads
- Segment and prepare lists for marketing
- Ensure timely follow-ups
- Process Improvement
- Identify workflow gaps
- Use AI tools to streamline tasks
- Document improvements for scaling
- General Operations
- Support travel, logistics, and expenses
- Maintain stakeholder mapping
- Help keep regional operations running smoothly
- CRM experience (Pipedrive preferred)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator across teams
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
- B2B sales support or sales ops experience
- Experience with schools or member-based organisations
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Airtable
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Proactive and self-directed
