About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Manage social media accounts to engage with customers and promote products
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing decisions
  • Work with the sales team to provide targeted marketing materials and support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email marketing)
  • Understanding of branding and advertising principles

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
