• Manage and grow your own independent insurance agency or work as a direct producer
• Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on the latest trends and regulations

Requirements

• Strong background in insurance sales and customer service
• Ability to build and manage a network of independent agents or direct producers
• Passion for helping individuals plan for their financial futures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years of successful insurance sales experience
• Proven track record of building and managing a successful sales team
