The role is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and driving engagement through strategic content creation and community management.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Qualifications
