Sales and Marketing Representative — Home & Adult Day Care

You'll Do

• Get out into the community daily — hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, churches, attorney offices, and senior-serving organizations across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties — to build referral relationships that keep paying off.
• It’s at least 25-30 in-person touch points per week
• Respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries from our website, Google, and newsletter
• Convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments for both home care and adult day services

We're Looking For

• An experienced sales professional with genuine drive and ambition
• Track record of building business development referral relationships
• Speak comfortably about dementia, aging, and caregiving challenges
• Guiding caregiving families through a sales process to enroll in Skylark adult day center and home care services
• Comfortable in person, in the field, most of the week — this isn't a desk job waiting for the phone to ring
• Self-organized, Self-starter, and mission-driven

Pay

Base salary plus uncapped commission on your active client census — built to reward a real, lasting book over short-term enrollment volume.

Referral-built relationships earn at a higher rate than inbound leads

Mileage reimbursement, PTO, and retirement contribution
