Mpower Direct is one of the East Coast's leading renewable energy companies. We specialize in helping homeowners make the switch to clean, affordable energy—while empowering our team members to achieve financial freedom and professional growth. We're expanding our Residential Sales Division and looking for motivated, people-driven individuals ready to start or grow their careers in sales, marketing, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings
• Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and promote clean energy programs
• Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
