Job Summary

Assists the Sales & Marketing team in the overall sales process, from developing professional marketing materials and digital content, lead generation, and building buyer and local relationships, to sale selection and community management.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to New Home Consultants (NHC) throughout the sales and selection process.
• Represent M/I Homes in a professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist with opening model homes to ensure a professional presentation.
• Support NHCs with presentations to realtors.
• Register customers and input information in the Pivotal system.
• Create and send flyers to customers, realtors, current homeowners, and for special events (e.g., grand openings, open houses) to generate traffic.
• Support the inventory home marketing program by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, editing and labeling photos for upload, and reviewing pricing for accuracy.
• Perform routine administrative functions, including work processing, pricing updates, ordering and maintaining sales‑material supplies.
• Monitor accuracy of collateral material (handouts, brochures, and all sales literature) and the website.
• Assist with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required.
• Assist with tactical marketing and help plan and host marketing events.
• Conduct market analysis and research on competition.
