Sales and Management Intern

This position is integral to our mission of providing the best shopping experience for our Guests. Interns assist with various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks under the supervision of store management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with friendly service and assist with their needs
• Recommend and assist with selecting and fitting merchandise
• Manage special orders and communicate with other stores
• Train and motivate teammates to improve sales and service
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to enhance sales
• Participate in recruitment activities and lead team development
• Support operations by maintaining a clean and organized store
• Report and address any issues with merchandise handling or policy violations
• Communicate with leadership about performance and concerns

Internship Duties

• Complete Teammate Orientation, Leadership, and Recruitment modules
• Develop recruiting, merchandising, and leadership skills
• Lead a product category and track performance metrics
• Participate in monthly conference calls and take ownership of assigned tasks

Physical Demands

The intern must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. They must also lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
