Sales and Leasing Associate (Tacoma)

Arboreal Management is the property management arm of Great Expectations, a fast-paced, mission-driven real estate investment firm focused on providing affordable, innovative, and profitable housing throughout the Pacific Northwest. About the Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of a portfolio of properties. You’ll be the face of our communities to prospective residents and play a key role in driving occupancy, delivering an exceptional leasing experience, and contributing to our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
• Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software

Pay

Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
Generous Commissions: Uncapped and performance-based

Schedule

Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (some evenings or weekends as needed)
