Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑week, rotation‑based Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) program offered twice a year with flexible start dates.
• Gain hands‑on experience across business divisions through a structured blend of in‑person and computer‑based training focused on sales and leadership fundamentals.
• Engage in job shadowing, on‑the‑job learning, and rotational assignments that expose you to multiple departments and functions.
• Attend interactive classroom sessions and leadership development activities.
• Be assigned a “home base assignment” where you begin building specific job skills while immersing yourself in Yancey’s culture and core values.
• Connect with team members at all levels, gaining insight into their roles and responsibilities.
• Upon successful completion, transition full‑time into your home base assignment,
