Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience across business divisions through in-person and computer-based training focused on sales and leadership fundamentals.
• Participate in job shadowing, on-the-job learning, and rotational assignments that expose you to multiple departments and functions.
• Attend interactive classroom sessions and engage in leadership development activities.
• Begin with a “home base assignment” to build specific job skills while immersing yourself in Yancey’s culture and core values.
• Connect with team members at all levels to gain insight into their roles and responsibilities.
• Transition full-time into
