About the role
Drive sales growth and manage key accounts in the regional market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase revenue and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products/services.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand customer needs and improve offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
