We're searching for a Guest Care Associate with a strong sales background, ready to bring concierge-level hospitality and a strategic approach to growing our business through service, product, and experience-based sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Be a Brand Ambassador – You’re the first and last impression. Greet every guest with warmth, ensure they feel seen, heard, and valued—and guide them through a seamless experience.
  • Drive Sales Through Service – Confidently recommend services, rebooking options, and products based on client needs and goals. Upsell and cross-sell with intention and authenticity.
  • Manage the Front Line – Schedule appointments, handle check-ins and check-outs, and own daily operations with precision and efficiency.
  • Track and Achieve Goals – Monitor salon KPIs, contribute to team performance metrics, and celebrate wins.
  • Maintain a Luxury Environment – Ensure the space reflects our high standards—clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Support stylists, anticipate needs, and keep the guest flow smooth and joyful.

Bonus if you have experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or salon/spa environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
