Sales and F&I Manager

Job Summary

Easterns Automotive Group is seeking a visionary Sales and F&I Manager to lead our current operations and champion our transformation into a digitally focused enterprise. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in CDK DMS, experience with sales consultants at Easterns Automotive Group, and a deep understanding of our inventory and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge
• Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve ambitious targets
• Ensure compliance with ethical practices and regulatory standards
• Forecast sales trends and manage the store's finances prudently
• Negotiate win-win solutions and manage associated financial risks
• Set and pursue visionary objectives for both the team and the business
• Leverage the latest digital tools to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• CDK DMS experience preferred
• Experience with sales consultants at Easterns Automotive Group
• Deep familiarity with inventory and financial products
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Effective problem-solving and technological savvy
• Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
