Sales and Community Outreach Director

Meadowview of Clive, a Cassia senior community, is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, and creative Sales and Community Outreach Director for our Assisted Living campus. Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external sales functions, including lead generation and closing sales
• Conduct tours of the community with prospective residents, families, and referral sources
• Oversee completion of all leases and rental paperwork for new residents
• Conduct business development appointments, events, and presentations with key referral partners to build relationships and generate referrals
• Make sales calls and perform creative follow-up as directed by the sales plan and Corporate Sales team
• Use and maintain inquiry, prospect, and move-in records in software programs
• Lead the creation and execution of a quarterly strategic sales and marketing plan to reach occupancy goals and meet or exceed established Key Performance Metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field
• 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience, with senior housing experience strongly preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and entrepreneurial creativity
