Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and more. We pride ourselves in providing incredibly fast service, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere, and combining old school skill sets with new technology and products.

We focus on saving our customers time, money, and wasted materials that end up in landfills. Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, allowing our technicians to carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors, completed in less than two hours.

Our mission is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. We work together to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials that end up in landfills. Our vision is to establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing, aiming to be represented in every major metropolitan area and synonymous with spot repair among all facilities and maintenance management.

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable in B-to-B sales and customer interfacing roles, including cold calls
  • Goal-oriented, energetic, and a self-starter
  • At least 25 years of age, licensed to operate a passenger car, and have a clean driving record
  • Professional, caring, humble, and service-minded
  • Willing to work in a metrics-based, process-driven business development team
