Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Inside Sales Support: Act as a point of contact for customers and assist in prospecting.
- Conduct prospect calls to understand customer needs and buying readiness.
- Assist in managing and nurturing prospects and re-engagement of inactive accounts.
- Provide timely follow-up communications to customers and prospects and help coordinate with account executives for larger opportunities.
- Support the sales team with presentations, bid preparation, and quote follow-up as needed.
- Support the sales team at trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze customer and channel sales performance to support strategy development and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into customer and channel performance and trends.
- Track and generate regular reporting on key sales KPIs.
- Identify and highlight underperforming areas or opportunities for growth through data analysis.
- Identify and segment customers for prospect outreach strategies.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve sales processes and overall customer experience.
- Aid in the design and evaluation of inside sales scripts, playbooks, and messaging.
- Track and manage customer promotion performance and associated spending.
Requirements
- Spanish fluency required (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations or sales analytics
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to comfortably engage with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and data analysis
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills
- Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to occasionally travel for customer engagements and trade shows
Skills
