Sales Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Input loans and customer data into the system.
• Work with loan originators, brokers, and borrowers to gather necessary information and documents.
• Guide the loan process by reviewing and validating loan files against company guidelines and submission requirements.
• Collaborate with the company’s operations department personnel (underwriters, processors, closers), to support the loan process and ensure conditions are met.
• Support sales in daily follow-up efforts and pipeline management.
• Assistance with other projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Real Estate Sales/Finance or another related field.
• Team Player/Growth Mindset.
• Able to work effectively as a team and provide exceptional communication and customer service.
• Advanced analytical skills to identify Sales/Operational trends activities.
• Knowledge and Experience with MS Office Applications.
• Excellent Time Management Skills with the ability to adjust in a high-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills for working with highly complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external purposes.

Preferred Experience

• Preferred experience with Encompass and Salesforce.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience.

Compensation

$24.00 per hour, plus bonus.
