Agtegra Cooperative is a local agricultural cooperative headquartered in Aberdeen, SD. It is owned by farmers and ranchers, predominantly in North and South Dakota, with a network of over 70 locations and 850 employees. Its mission is: ‘Do something great for my farm and family that nobody else will do.’ The Sales Agronomist Associate is an entry level position to agronomy sales and is a development role. This position is focused on the growth and development of skills necessary to be a successful agronomy sales professional. The primary role is the sales and services growth within the assigned sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Generates new sales contacts through sales calls with assistance from the Sales Manager, Location Manager, and Sales Agronomist.
• Develops personal sales and service skills, as well as product knowledge, by attending product, grain, and cooperative meetings as assigned by the Sales Manager.
