Responsibilities
- Aid in leasing efforts to achieve full occupancy and maintain high levels of property maintenance
- Manage rental applications and assist in the renewal process
- Handle property licenses and renewals, working with legal counsel and city officials
- Oversee the check-out process, including key acceptance and unit inspections
- Investigate and address resident concerns promptly, maintaining good public relations
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports
- Develop and implement marketing and resident retention strategies
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and answering phones
- Operate various office equipment and software
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Entrata (preferred)
