Sales Agent
Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and urgency.
- Educate prospective clients on Medicare Advantage (MAPD), Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and Medicare Supplement options.
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable products based on eligibility, healthcare requirements, and budget.
- Accurately complete applications using enrollment platforms while ensuring compliance with CMS regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of carrier products, plan changes, and industry updates.
- Met and exceed individual sales goals and call performance metrics.
- Document call notes and update CRM systems in real time.
- Provide excellent customer service while building trust and rapport with clients.
- Adhere to all compliance, script, and disclosure requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of sales experience in a call center environment preferred; Medicare sales experience strongly desired.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting tools, and enrollment platforms (e.g., Sunfire, Connecture).
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
