About the role

Warby Parker is searching for a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help deliver the best possible service to each and every customer. In supporting our retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, Advisors have a direct impact on the success of Warby Parker through customer interactions, process improvement, and special projects. In this role, you'll showcase Warby Parker’s values while making glasses shopping a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Pay

Warby Parker offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive base salary/hourly rate and variable compensation for eligible employees. The range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data. Non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
