Join ActionLink as a Part-Time Sony Sales Advisor and bring the excitement of premium home entertainment to shoppers. Through engaging demonstrations and expert product knowledge, you'll help customers experience Sony's industry-leading picture quality, immersive audio, and innovative technology firsthand.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Quarterly sales bonuses for hitting targets.

Schedule

20 hours per week: Friday 2pm–7pm, Saturday & Sunday 11am–7pm.

Responsibilities

• Share your Sony enthusiasm through dazzling product demonstrations for store associates and customers
• Help customers make informed choices using effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on home theater gear
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals by proactively overcoming customer objections
• Educate and train store personnel so they can confidently share Sony knowledge
• Complete post-shift surveys with pictures to communicate feedback

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• High-energy communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Reliable transportation to commute to the local Best Buy store
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Access to a smart device for reporting duties
