Sales Advisor- PT [RTL]

Job Summary

United Legwear is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Glendale team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Essential Functions

• Commercial Awareness - Demonstrate all requirements of Ted’s trainings and standards, deliver GOTFAT with enthusiasm, and actively seek knowledge.
• Operations - Be proactive, complete tasks correctly and efficiently, adhere to Company policies and procedures, and follow loss prevention measures.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The role involves walking and standing for extended periods, frequent hand use, regular typing and manipulation of electronic systems, and engaging in regular communication with customers, staff, and third parties. Employees must be able to lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds, and vision abilities for close and distance viewing are required. The role may involve dynamic changes in pace and activity level, requiring flexibility and promptness to perform tasks in various physical positions.
