Sales Advisor - Melrose

ANINE BING is looking for a Sales Advisor/ Stylist to join the team at our Melrose location. The Sales Advisor (which we refer to as Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The person in this role will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience. The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals. Meet and exceed store sales goals.Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertiseBuild lasting relationships with customers and drive sales through personal client outreach. Essential to be comfortable selling in-store and virtually through the use of technologyMaintain a clean and organized presentation of the store spaceAssist with daily store operations; including, but not limited to, inventory management, online fulfillment, visual merchandising. Requirements 1-3 years fashion, styling or retail sales experienceExperience in personal styling and a goal driven environmentAbility to build and maintain a client bookAbility to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplaceExcellent communication skillsAbility to speak Spanish is required, Portuguese is preferred. Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and productMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shiftsAbility to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
