About the role
Our Corporate Functions business unit encompasses a wide range of activities. Alongside our Finance and IT Services, Global Marketing and Sales Management as well as Human Resources are also located here. Fresh ideas are developed here every day, and together we turn them into success stories. Personal responsibility and networked work are particularly important to us.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new corporate sales opportunities through multiple channels to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Respond promptly to new client inquiries while meeting established service level expectations.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients by demonstrating the value of Läderach Fresh Chocolate solutions.
- Prepare quotes and proposals under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Sales.
- Maintain accurate and complete opportunity records within the CRM system.
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, customization requirements, and order status.
- Partner with Logistics and fulfillment teams to support forecasting and delivery readiness.
- Provide structured updates on pipeline activity, client progress, and active opportunities.
- Represent the Läderach brand with professionalism, care, and consistency in every interaction.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to document opportunities and track activity.
- Analytical and able to identify trends and opportunities from business data.
- Collaborative and work effectively across departments.
- Highly organized and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Passionate about representing a premium brand and delivering service excellence.
