Responsibilities
- Assisting customers, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
- Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Met and exceed monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Automotive sales background preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Steady work history and the commitment
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person”)
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
