About the role

Bergstrom Mazda of Green Bay is seeking a guest-focused, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves guiding guests through the entire car buying process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle inventory and brands, including features, pricing, and specifications, to effectively match guests with the right vehicle.
  • Listen to guests' needs and preferences, offer tailored solutions, and provide clear, honest information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Present all pricing and financing options upfront, ensuring guests understand the value and benefits of our negotiation-free pricing model.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-ins, financing, and paperwork, all while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up after the sale, addressing any questions or concerns, and fostering long-term guest relationships.
  • Work closely with other departments, including service and parts, to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional overall experience for the guest.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be goal-driven, self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Qualifications

Pay

Earning potential exceeding $100,000/year! Our Sales Advisors earn a monthly base salary plus a monthly bonus based on their sales performance, not a percentage of the sale price. (Average yearly income is $70k-$90k)

Schedule

Monday-Saturday (5-day work week)
Monday–Thursday: Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2 early shifts / week (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
2 late shifts / week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Scheduled 3 Saturdays per month, with one weekday off during those weeks
