Sales Administrator

The Plexus Groupe is seeking a Sales Administrator for their Deer Park, IL headquarters office. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

About the Role

This role is crucial for the smooth operation of a high-performing sales team. The Sales Administrator manages calendars, coordinates meetings, audits CRM data, prepares reports, and supports the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars for a team of producers, coordinating meetings via phone and email
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for scheduling with clients, prospects, service teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Audit HubSpot CRM activity and ensure pipeline data accuracy
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and prepare pipeline and producer scorecard reports
  • Prepare proposal materials and client-facing documents
  • Cook up with service and account management teams on behalf of producers
  • Support the Director of Sales in maintaining the sales organization's daily operations
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Professional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Urgent response to requests and consistent follow-through

Position Type and Work Hours

This is a full-time position requiring 40.0 hours per week. Workdays are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate hourly pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors including individual qualifications, experience, and performance.
