Sales Administrator
Essential Job Duties
- Cook up and handle all sales-related activities.
- Process sales orders and make sure they are fulfilled effectively.
- Manage sales contracts and keep an accurate record of sales using CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to come up with effective sales strategies.
- Provide customer service, including answering customer questions and solving issues.
- Create and update sales reports for the sales team and management.
- Maintain and update customer databases like TRUX.
- Aid with promotional activities and trade shows.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense reports.
- Track sales targets and make sure they are met.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Scope Of Responsibility
The Sales Administrator operates as an Individual Contributor Level 2 (IC2), providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations. This role works independently on assigned tasks within established processes, supports order fulfillment, reporting, and customer interactions, and collaborates closely with sales team members and internal partners. The position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities and contributes to the accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales activities and customer experience.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Regularly required to talk and hear, both in person and by phone or web meetings.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
- Able to read and interpret data on a computer screen or printed documents.
- Work is performed in a typical office environment with moderate noise levels, in a climate-controlled environment with heating and air conditioning.
- Potential for remote work or hybrid work arrangement.
- May be required to lift up to 30 pounds.
