Job Description Sales & Order Processing Administrator – Temporary Contract Contract: Minimum 3 months We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Order Processing Administrator to provide temporary cover within a busy team. The role will be based at our clients site near Antrim. This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, confident dealing with customers and comfortable working with sales orders. Some basic estimating skills would be highly advantageous. The Role Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.Handling incoming telephone enquiries and directing queries as required.Carrying out basic checking requirements.Checking order details and relevant areas to ensure accuracy.Supporting the wider team with general administration as required. About You Organised and detail-oriented.Confident communicating with customers over the phone.Comfortable working with orders, figures and basic estimating.Reliable, practical and able to work independently.Previous relevant experience within a manufacturing / engineering or related environment is highly desirableAvailable for a minimum 3-month temporary contract. This is a straightforward role with full support provided, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or someone with previous sales/order processing experience looking for a temporary position.
