Job Summary
UBEO Business Services, a leading provider of business technology products and services, is seeking a Branch Sales Administrator.
About the Role
UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations for Xerox, Ricoh, Canon, Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment, and Kyocera printers. The primary responsibility of the Sales Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support to sales professionals
- Liaison between sales teams and back office teams
- Ensures clean order packets are being submitted
- Generate “orders” and paperwork for picking up and relocating equipment at customer sites
- Obtain buyouts and credit approvals as requested from sales team
- Communicate with Order Processors regarding the status of open sales orders
- Help with open house events and product shows
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
- Proficiency in E-Automate or other similar ERP system
- Proficiency with ECM/Workflow software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines
