Ford Office Technologies is growing, and we are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to play a crucial role in supporting our sales team. As a Sales Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team while ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the office each morning and prepare the workspace for daily operations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet clients professionally.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- File documents and update customer databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and secure.
- Collect and analyze customer and market information.
- Research competitors and industry trends to support sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and data analysis.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate degree is a plus).
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative work preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
