Sales Support
- Ongoing support to the sales organization
- Handling Aldi-/Lidl-related tasks
- Backup for order processing (flexible need)
- Ad hoc support (campaigns, tenders, etc.)
- Support in tender processes
Finance & Administration
- Goods receipt of purchase orders
- Customer creation/setup
- EDI setup
- Administrative operational tasks
- Preparation of reports incl. Grüner Punkt
Project Management
- Coordination of product specifications
- Participation in selected projects
- Item creation in Business Central
- Cordination between systems, customers, and project teams
YOUR BACKGROUND COULD BE
- Education within administration, sales, finance, or similar
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good IT skills
- Experience with Business Central is an advantage
- Adequate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Able to read and understand English
